But if you’re not happy with it, just return it within 10 days in UNUSED CONDITION, and we’ll credit your credit card for your purchase price. Shipping costs are not refundable UNLESS we’ve sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.

Please remember to enclose a copy of your invoice and/or packing slip so we know who you are , and tell us the reason why you are returning the item. We do not accept returns shipped C.O.D. The item must be in original condition, unused, undamaged, and missing no parts.

We cannot accept returns more than 10 days after delivery.

All crazeeHeads® helmet covers are guaranteed from any manufacturer’s defect for one full year from the purchase date. If it fails in that time, return it to us and we’ll send you a free replacement.

Items shipped to NY will be charged sales tax on both the purchase price and shipping charge.​

Shipping

We ship by USPS to all 50 states and Canada. Items may take up to 10 days to arrive. FedEx 2-Day service is also available. Please note that FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes. Canadian and other overseas retail orders will be accepted, but payment by credit card must be settled and verified before shipping. All duties, and taxes will be additional and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
