Our Guarantee and Our Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your crazeeHeads® helmet cover. But if you’re not happy with it, just return it within 10 days in UNUSED CONDITION, and we’ll credit your credit card for your purchase price less a $6.00 restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable UNLESS we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.

Please remember to enclose a copy of your invoice and/or packing slip so we know who you are , and tell us the reason why you are returning the item. We do not accept returns shipped C.O.D. The item must be in original condition, unused, undamaged, and missing no parts.

We cannot accept returns more than 10 days after delivery.

All crazeeHeads® helmet covers are guaranteed from any manufacturer’s defect for one full year from the purchase date. If it fails in that time, return it to us and we’ll send you a free replacement.

Sales Tax

Items shipped to CT or NY will be charged sales tax on both the purchase price and shipping charge.

Shipping

We ship by FedEx Ground to the lower 48 states. Items may take up to 10 days to arrive. To receive FedEx 2-Day service for a $24.99 surcharge in addition to standard shipping charges, you must call us toll free at: 1-866-4-CRAZEE (1-866-427-2933) or 516-263-3345. (FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes .) Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada must email Customer Service for rates. We do not accept APO/FPO retail orders.

International retail orders will be accepted, but payment must be made in full in advance via international money order, or wire transfer. No credit card payments allowed. All duties, and taxes will be additional and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping rates vary per country. Please call for details.
